Meet the Foundation Staff

John Boop
President, Betty Ford Center Foundation

John celebrates his 40th year as a fundraiser.  He joined Betty Ford Center in 1993, and now serves as the President of the Betty Ford Center Foundation.  John coordinates the philanthropic efforts for both Betty Ford Center and the Betty Ford Institute. Prior to joining the Center, John served in senior positions at The University of Chicago and Tulane Medical Center.

 

 

Betsy Farver

With a Masters degree in Addiction Counseling (MAAC) Betsy joined the Center in 2002. Her personal commitment to give back to the Center led her to the Foundation in 2004. Betsy strives to maintain the connection between alumni and the Center by developing opportunities for special gifts.

 

 

David P. Hutchison
Estate Planning Officer

Dave has over 30 years of experience providing estate planning, wealth management and philanthropic planning services to individuals as well as planned giving program services to non-profit organizations. Dave works with individuals who wish to support the Center in their estate planning.

 

 

Jeanett Janik
Major Gifts Officer

Jeanette has twenty years of fundraising experience. She strives to create opportunities for potential donors to become more fully acquainted with the mission of Betty Ford Center and its programs. Her aim is to help donors fulfill their charitable giving goals through support of Betty Ford Center.

 

 

Kelly Raguindin
Annual Gifts Manager

Kelly joined the staff of Betty Ford Center in 1986 and has been with the Foundation since 2001. As annual gifts manager, Kelly works with current donors who wish to continue their support on an ongoing basis, as well as introduces new alumni to the various giving opportunities they may choose to support.

 

 

Laura Hunt
Foundation Communications Manager

Laura brings twenty years of experience in marketing, database management and graphic design to the Foundation. She oversees the creation of communications programs in support of fund-raising and promotional campaigns for the Foundation and Betty Ford Institute. She joined the Center in 2004.

 

 

Adrienne Kinsey
Institutional Giving and Special Projects Administrator

Adrienne joined the Center in 2006 bringing well-rounded skills and enthusiasm to the Foundation. By applying the knowledge she gained managing essential functions of non-profit organizations, Adrienne has enhanced the process of securing grant funding for the Center.

 

 

Deanna Rallo
Advancement Research Coordinator

Deanna brings her skills as a research librarian to the Foundation. In this capacity, she in an integral part of the fund raising efforts at the Betty Ford Center. She joined the Foundation in 2006.
